Five horse team pull the New Holland Bailer along Meetinghouse Road,
Salisbury Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, May 01, 2001.

Making the turn, the woman at the reins watches the windrow, keeping the feed of hay centered into the bailer while guiding the horses with the reins.  

A gas pony engine runs the New Holland Bailer whose wheels are steel, and the wheel on the wagon are also steel. 

Man, Woman, Horses, and Machine follow the windrows of hay on May Day.
