BLUE JAY
Cyanocitta cristata

The Blue Jay imitates the cries of the
Red-shouldered Hawk and the Red-tailed Hawk.

Blue Jays form mobs in order to harass the
Red-shouldered Hawk and the Red-tailed Hawk.

Blue Jays are omnivorous and pillage the
nest of other birds, eating eggs and young birds.

Blue Jays and Crows form an alliance
against their enemies, the Hawks and Owls.
